Following the Christmas break, Hornsea Youth Club opened its doors again on 9th January. There are opportunities to join the volunteer staff at the Thursday (Primary School) session.
Are you aged between 18 and 100? Would you like to have fun, make new friends and meet new people? Our first year was an amazing one and we fully intend to make 2018 even better… You are invited to be part of this too.
We welcome volunteers creativity and initiative with open arms and, wherever possible, we look to support and implement new ideas that they bring to us. We have a wide variety of indoor activities, ranging from table football, pool, board games, craft sessions, computer games and even a choir! We are fortunate to have a generous outdoor area and once the weather is fine we head out to enjoy activities ranging from dodge ball, archery, giant chess, cricket, football and many more.
Our Primary School session takes place at 6 - 8 pm on Thursday’s, upstairs at St Nicholas Parish Rooms. You are welcome to visit us at any time, alternatively, please contact Amanda Miller (Youth Worker) on 07979 847602 for an informal chat.
We are a friendly bunch of children and adults and would make you very welcome when you come to have a look around and meet us. You will obviously be generously supplied with tea or coffee and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
